Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney for our Massachusetts, Connecticut or New Hampshire office. This established defense firm handles coverage disputes and complex litigation with a strong Northeast footprint.

Required: at least 5 years in insurance coverage analysis or bad faith claims, strong academics, excellent writing and communication skills, and admission to practice in MA/CT/NH/RI/ME or NY. Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience handling insurance coverage analysis or bad faith claims.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication abilities.
• Bar admission in MA, CT, NH, RI, ME or NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance coverage analysis and advise on coverage disputes and bad faith matters.
• Research, draft opinions and legal memos with clear, persuasive writing.
• Support litigation strategy and collaborate with partners and clients.
