Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, gather business needs, and translate them into actionable specifications using Agile practices and tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Chorus AWD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance domain.
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining detailed system requirements.
• Knowledge of platform administration.
• Experience with business process modeling systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business and system requirements and translate them into designs.
• Develop decision-making documentation for new product development.
• Create business process models using BPM tools.
• Coordinate requirements with software package development.
• Interact with customers, vendors, IT and Operations for system development.
• Lead analysis of business unit requests and communicate impacts.
• Multitask across multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and communication.
