Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow applications using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
• Build and maintain Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UIs.
• Develop reusable toolkits, business objects, and workflow components.
• Integrate BPM/BAW applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MQ, and JMS.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Support teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution design discussions.
