Orion180 Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our Customer Experience Department—covering Support, Policy Administration, and Inspections—on-site in Melbourne, FL. You will guide a high-performing team, optimize operations, and uphold empathy and accountability in every policyholder interaction.

The role requires a proactive leader with 2+ years supervisory experience in insurance operations, a P&C license or ability to obtain it, and strong proficiency in

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role within insurance operations or customer service.
• Strong understanding of homeowners insurance, policy administration workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ employees and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team across Customer Support, Policy Administration, and Inspections.
• Oversee daily insurance operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and refine training programs to strengthen product knowledge and service excellence.
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
