• 5+ years of experience in insurance, agency support, service operations or related function with prior people leadership or strong informal leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, manage priorities, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Agency Services team, including performance management and onboarding as the team scales.
• Manage Agency Services as a shared-services model, ensuring clear prioritization and consistent service levels.
• Oversee onboarding for new agency partners with accurate documentation, training, and handoffs.
