Qualifications

• Experience in craft operations; 3+ years, or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, such as blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (Bsafe and Bbest).
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements.
• Assign work and load materials/equipment, tracking time and quantities.
• Ensure work complies with contractor specifications and change orders.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures, improving methods.
