Job summary

The Brock Group is seeking a Craft Lead to oversee a single crew and direct day-to-day craft operations on a US-based site. You will perform and supervise tasks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and coordinate with contractors to meet project specifications.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of craft experience, or 2 years of craft work with at least 1 year in supervision, and can read blueprints and specs to plan installations and construct equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience, or 2 years craft experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture in all tasks.
• Lead crew meetings and supervise assigned work.
• Ensure work complies with contract scope and client specifications.
• Coordinate material loading/unloading and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate time records and report metrics.
