Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–8 years of relevant experience. A technical certification, associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent education preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of instrumentation and metrology principles in GMP environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficiency with control systems, PLCs, and preventive/corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering documents while adhering to cGMP and data integrity requirements.

Responsabilités

• Execute calibration, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostic activities for instrumentation, metrology, and control systems to ensure safe, compliant equipment performance.
• Manage site metrology programs per procedures and regulatory requirements, keeping equipment accurate and in tolerance.
• Respond to alarms and non-routine events by prioritizing, coordinating resources, and documenting actions to minimize disruption.
• Monitor and support instrumentation, control systems, process equipment, and critical utilities for reliable performance and readiness.
• Conduct work per site safety, cGMP standards, and regulatory expectations, including hazard assessments and PPE use.
• Maintain complete documentation including calibration records, work orders, logbooks, and GMP records.
