Takeda in Lexington, MA is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Utilities Technician to ensure safe, compliant operation of GMP process equipment and utility systems. You will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and alarm response while upholding strict documentation standards.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and contractors, lead site reliability initiatives, and ensure audit readiness through proper CMMS use and adherence to procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience or technical education.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting GMP manufacturing support systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP, documentation, and audit readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions with priority assessment and escalation.
• Serve as primary operational contact during shifts to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and maintain process equipment and utility systems for readiness.
• Document work orders, logs, calibration records, and GMP documents.
