Job summary

Urenco USA is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Maintenance Technician III in Eunice, NM. The role requires advanced maintenance of complex instrumentation and control systems, with preventive, corrective, and predictive duties.

Candidate will develop procedures, provide guidance, and collaborate with engineers, planners, and vendors to minimize downtime. Relocation support is available, with on-site work 9/80 schedule and potential call-outs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in instrumentation and controls maintenance or related field.
• Experience in preventive, corrective, predictive, and complex maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
• Knowledge of instrumentation principles, systems, and components.
• Familiarity with P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring/logic diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
• Interpret P&IDs, loop and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Calibrate and test process instruments and control loops using approved procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and vendors to minimize downtime and sustain operations.
• Document maintenance activities, create work plans, and update procedures.
