Urenco USA is hiring an Operator III for our Eunice, NM facility. The role focuses on monitoring and operating uranium enrichment equipment, upholding safety standards, and maintaining plant systems on a rotating schedule.

Relocation support is available to qualified candidates, with security clearances and on-site work. The position requires extensive experience in nuclear facility operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-safety environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related technical/education acceptable.
• BS degree in a technical discipline and/or 2+ years related nuclear facility experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
• Experience at an operating nuclear facility performing related roles is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate enrichment process and plant utility systems and equipment.
• Achieve and maintain Operator qualifications up to Control Room Operator.
• Provide on-the-job training to Operators in Training.
• Notify Radiation Protection and Chemistry personnel of process changes.
• Perform routine plant rounds and maintain logs.
