Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / Technology required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree and plant-operator certification preferred.
• 8+ years in a nuclear facility with at least 3 years of leadership at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Maximize production safely and environmentally responsibly.
• Oversee shift team, coordinate with maintenance and management.
• Protect health and safety of staff and public.
• Develop and review performance of assigned crew.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and growth tracking.
• Lead pre-job briefs and oversee plant operations.
• Interface with maintenance to plan work and schedules.
• Provide training oversight and operator evaluations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication under pressure.
