RigUp, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Lead II to define the scope of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for upstream projects in the Midland basin.

You will oversee engineering contractors and maintain standard designs to ensure safety, availability, and reliability of instrument and control systems. The role focuses on low voltage applications, requires strong knowledge of ISA data sheets and P&ID integrity, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–15 years of experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Experience supervising related field work preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of design standards, specs, codes, and safety criteria.
• Able to review and update P&IDs, control narratives, and diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with customers, vendors, engineers and other disciplines as required.
• Participate in HAZOP/LOPA and other reviews for quality and constructability.
• Assist design, review and approval of instrumentation deliverables (indexes, drawings, datasheets, wiring/loop diagrams, BOMs).
• Support Acceptance Testing by reviewing procedures, allocating resources, and attending tests.
• Develop and track commissioning execution schedule and adjust scope as needed.
