Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/MS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience reviewing electrical diagrams and control narratives is essential.
• Strong knowledge of discipline design standards and safety criteria.
• Ability to manage contractor engineering oversight and project scoping.

Responsibilities

• Define scope for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and estimate man-hours and costs.
• Oversee instrumentation scope across all project phases to ensure safety and reliability.
• Review instrument indexes, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, datasheets, and control narratives.
• Support AT procedures and adjust commissioning scope based on test outcomes.
• Develop and track commissioning execution schedules.
