Qualifications

• Requires BS or MS in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading instrument & control engineering projects.
• Experience estimating project costs and writing proposals.
• Strong technical and practical engineering skills with ability to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
• Knowledge of applicable local and international standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrumentation and controls engineering services to meet client specifications, on time and within budget.
• Initiate, manage and supervise project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in meetings; follow change management processes.
• Assist procurement, construction, and commissioning activities; write requisitions and purchase orders.
• Lead instrumentation and controls engineering on designated projects and supervise team progress.
