Job summary

CASE Management Consulting, LLC in Springfield, VA is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions across multiple modalities to support NGA mission operations.

You will collaborate with learning professionals and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused GEOINT training, applying ADDIE, SCORM, and 508 accessibility while using Articulate Storyline and Adobe tools to create engaging content for LMS/LCMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years designing, developing, implementing, or managing instructional learning solutions, including eLearning.
• Experience applying ADDIE and other instructional design methodologies.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and SAFe Agile approaches.
• Understanding of SCORM and Section 508 accessibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate, and Adobe tools.
• Experience with LMS/LCMS such as Blackboard.
• Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain instructional learning solutions across courses, workshops, and eLearning.
• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple delivery modalities for immediate application.
• Apply ADDIE, adult learning theories, and educational technologies to learner-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with NGA stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop integrated solutions.
• Maintain training materials that disseminate GEOINT concepts and practices.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and identify objectives and gaps.
• Develop interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe tools.
• Ensure SCORM conformity and Section 508 accessibility in all solutions.
• Support external curricula delivery and interagency collaboration.
• Coordinate multiple design projects, manage schedules, and communicate progress.
