Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA) seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to analyze curricula and assessment requirements, develop learning objectives, and craft lesson plans with integrated scenarios for advanced joint training across programs.

The incumbent will ensure alignment of training solutions to requirements and support instructor preparation, sequencing, scheduling, and evaluation to provide leadership with actionable feedback on training program

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing curricula and program assessment requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis, identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment requirements, creating learning objectives and developing lesson plans.
• Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and provide feedback/data.
• Top Secret clearance required.

We are currently seeking a Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary

The incumbent will review and analyze multiple curricula and program assessment requirements to conduct analysis, identify, articulate, and validate the new assessment requirements, create new learning objectives, and develop lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies that support testing and evaluation using integrated scenarios that can serve as practical application assessments in an advanced, joint environment across multiple training programs. The incumbent will ensure overall alignment of the training solutions to the requirements and assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback/data to assist leadership with the assessment and management of the coordinated training programs.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis, identifying, articulating, and validating the new assessment requirements, creating new learning objectives, and developing lesson plans.
• Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback/data.
• Master’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business or other technology.
• Equivalency: Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Systems, Business or other technology and 4 additional years of experience.
• Top Secret clearance required.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $90,461 - $150,769. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
