Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a motivated Instructional System Designer (ISD) for full-time, on-site work at the Defense Information School (DINFOS) on Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.

The role covers analysis, design and development of training content, assessments, and instructor materials with strong emphasis on accessibility. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Instructional Design and 2+ years using ADDIE, plus LMS experience and clearance to meet federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years in Curriculum Development & Instructional Design using ADDIE framework.
• On-site availability for full-time support.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Must meet federal, military, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses for training courses based on requirements and models.
• Design and develop instructional programs and content for outcomes.
• Develop competency-based assessments and performance metrics.
• Create Train the Trainer materials for large-scale revisions.
• Ensure Section 508 accessibility and compliance in content.
• Meet production deadlines per government delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders through ISD process.
