The Boeing Company’s Learning and Development Production System Training (PST) organization is seeking a Senior Instructional System Designer to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
This role is a multifaceted role so the ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge in instructional design, adult learning theory and overseeing curriculum development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs focused on production training. This role requires strong project management skills, and the ability to design and develop effective training programs in compliance with customer requirements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: $106,250 - $143,750
