The Government Training Engineering (GTE) United States Navy (USN) Air Dominance (AD) Team is seeking a USN Training Systems Project Engineer to serve in the role of Senior Project Engineer (Training Systems) in Hazelwood, MO, reporting to the USN AD Office of Chief Engineer (OCE). The selected individual will be the primary technical point of contact for both external and internal customer interface and coordination activities to ensure program expectations are met. The Training Systems Project Engineer will have the opportunity to interact with USN Program Office, 'Pilot Training Instructors' of the USN AD Portfolio. The USN AD OCE Team is responsible for the proposal, development, integration, delivery, and sustainment of a wide range of products directly employed in the training of USN warfighters. The USN AD Training Systems Principal Engineer will oversee technical excellence for all development, integration, delivery, and sustainment activities for aircrew and maintenance training devices. Your role includes proposal development, project management, system requirements definition, and technical leadership to guide the team to remarkable solutions. You will be collaborating with the engineering and program teams to maintain a common vision and deliver winning products to ensure Trainer capability exceeds the training needs of the USN Warfighter. Summary Pay Range: $136,850- $185,150
