Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional/Multimedia Developer to join the Colorado Springs team. You will enhance and polish learning content for a vital national security customer, engaging users of the LMS through compelling, data-informed strategies.

Required 3+ years in eLearning, a relevant Bachelor's, and strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills; experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and LMS standards is essential. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eLearning/curriculum development in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Technology, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and at least one of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Audacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing classroom and multimedia courses and manage annual reviews.
• Collaborate with SMEs using ISD processes for course formats.
• Assist SMEs in writing, editing, and organizing content for adult learners.
• Ensure solutions align with adult learning theory for in-resident and online learning.
• Serve as educational consultant for instructors and lead innovation in digital learning.
