Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer – Learning Strategy in Chicago. You will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate scalable learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids, video, and performance-support materials.

Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to translate business needs into effective learning strategies. The role requires strong ADDIE/ISD expertise, high proficiency with Articulate 360/Rise, LMS management (Cornerstone preferred), and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional instructional design and learning-development experience.
• Designs learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning).
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE and ISD methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 and Rise.
• Experience publishing/managing content in an LMS; Cornerstone preferred.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led learning or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids, videos).
• Assess learner needs and objectives to select optimal modality.
• Publish and maintain content within an LMS (Cornerstone preferred).
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate training sessions and train-the-trainer programs.
• Establish and analyze learning metrics and feedback for improvement.
