Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Ability to gather and analyze data to determine learning methods for diverse work groups.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Present complex information using instructionally effective methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate development requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine effective learning methods for diverse work groups.
• Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders and sponsors to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using instructionally effective methods.
• Analyze/assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
