Responsibilities

• Applies extensive expertise in online design theory, learning theory, and practices to ensure accessible, inclusive, and equity-minded online learning experiences at the course and program level.
• Collaborates with Teaching & Learning Innovations to design, develop, and facilitate online, blended, and digitally mediated courses.
• Creates and facilitates training, workshops, templates, and design guides for faculty and staff working with student support to develop online course design and teaching skills.
• Expands and maintains an online community for faculty focused on innovation in teaching and learning.
• Develops and manages online teaching and learning quality assurance processes and ensures accessibility checks across learning design projects.
