Intuition, a leading provider of knowledge services, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging e-learning programs for global clients. Based in New York, the role involves collaborating with SMEs, designers, and clients onsite to convert expertise into effective web-based training.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 8 years in an e-learning environment, excels in storyboarding, writing for voiceover, and applying adult learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in an e-learning environment.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders to determine effective course design.
• Desire to innovate and push boundaries in learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning theories, instructional design theory, and design thinking.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation and consensus-building skills.
• Strong storyboarding skills and writing abilities including scripting for voiceover.
• Proven track record delivering e-learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply interactive techniques, including metaphor design, content mapping and visual elements.
• Interact with clients onsite on a daily basis.
• Transform a knowledge body supplied by experts into cogent, web-based training.
• Liaise with subject matter experts on content.
• Adhere to interactive and instructional design principles.
• This full-time position is based in our New York office and onsite with clients.

1. a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 8 years' experience in an e-learning environment

3. an ability to engage with senior client stakeholders to determine the most effective course design that aligns with a client's organizational goals, strategies, and competencies
4. a desire to innovate and push boundaries in the design of learning solutions
5. in-depth knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning theories, instructional design theory, and design thinking
6. exceptional presentation, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation and consensus-building skills
7. strong storyboarding skills
8. excellent conceptualization skills and a range of writing skills, including the ability to script for voiceover
9. a proven track record in delivering e-learning projects
10. an ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as a team player
11. exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with varied subject matter content with a diverse production team to meet challenging deadlines.

What you'll be doing:
