Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing learner demographics and performance data to tailor and improve learning strategies and outcomes
• Evaluating learning solutions' effectiveness through data analysis and leveraging findings for continuous improvement
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure instructional content accuracy and relevance
• Incorporating cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the educational experience
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions, leveraging expertise to deliver content and elicit participant feedback
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.
