Designing instructional materials and courses that align with organizational goals and learner needs, while working independentlyAnalyzing learner demographics and performance data to tailor and improve learning strategies and outcomesEvaluating learning solutions' effectiveness through data analysis and leveraging findings for continuous improvementCollaborating with subject matter experts to ensure instructional content accuracy and relevanceIncorporating cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the educational experienceCoordinating with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with strategic HR objectivesFacilitating workshops and training sessions, leveraging expertise to deliver content and elicit participant feedbackChampioning a culture of continuous learning by promoting opportunities and best practices throughout the organizationConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
