Job summary

Kamino is hiring a senior commercial operator in New York to originate and grow institutional partnerships for credit, liquidity, and vault infrastructure. You will connect asset managers, financial platforms, and capital providers, shaping opportunities from initial conversations through negotiation and launch.

You will build your own pipeline, manage key deals, and be accountable for results after signing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in institutional business development or a closely related commercial role in financial markets or infrastructure.
• Deep institutional‑finance fluency and direct operating experience in digital assets or onchain markets.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment: model deal economics, assess incentives, negotiate terms.
• Understanding of how institutions evaluate new infrastructure across product, risk, legal, technical and operating requirements.
• A strong network across U.S. institutional finance and digital assets.
• Exceptional commercial writing, reliable CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Daily fluency with AI‑assisted research and commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Originate institutional partnerships. Build and own a pipeline across asset managers, financial platforms, and capital providers.
• Structure and close deals. Turn partner needs into propositions using Kamino’s credit, liquidity, and vault infrastructure and own the economics and negotiations.
• Take partnerships through launch. Lead the commercial work from diligence and contracting through integration and coordination.
• Grow live partnerships. Deepen senior relationships and expand partnerships into additional products and markets.
• Run a disciplined commercial pipeline. Maintain reliable forecasts, next steps, and concise resource recommendations.
