Job summary

Kamino in New York City seeks a senior commercial operator to originate and grow institutional partnerships across asset managers, financial platforms and capital providers. You will build your own pipeline, negotiate multi-party arrangements, and drive deals from first conversation through launch and growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and senior leadership, leading commercial work and ensuring growth of Kamino’s credit, liquidity and vault infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in institutional business development or similar commercial role.
• Fluency in tokenized assets, stablecoins and onchain credit.
• Ability to model deal economics and negotiate durable terms.
• Strong network across U.S. institutional finance and digital assets.
• Exceptional commercial writing and forecasting discipline.
• Ability to work independently and drive opportunities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Originate institutional partnerships with asset managers, platforms and providers.
• Structure and close multi-party deals with Kamino’s credit and liquidity infrastructure.
• Lead partnerships through diligence, contracting and integration.
• Grow live partnerships and expand into new products and markets.
• Maintain a disciplined commercial pipeline with forecasts.
