Job summary

Great Gray Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Institutional Client Associate to join the Asset Manager & Consultant Relations Team. You will analyze relationship dynamics, fund flows, and market trends to deliver actionable insights that improve client engagement.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in institutional asset management, proficiency with Salesforce CRM, and strong analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and translate reporting needs into business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field; minimum of 5 years in institutional asset management
• Experience in the Defined Contribution market is a plus
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM; strong analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve comprehensive client profiles reflecting enterprise characteristics and priorities
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and commentary on asset manager trends and partnership health
• Create quarterly business review materials for Senior Relationship Managers’ client reviews
• Support institutional client calls and communications for Senior Relationship Managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, legal, compliance, finance and implementation teams
• Translate reporting needs to technology/CRM enhancements with IT
• Track pipeline activity and relationship-development priorities with ownership and next steps
• Contribute to process improvements for relationship intelligence and data quality
• Maintain agenda for internal team calls
• Complete other related duties as assigned
