Great Gray Group is seeking an Institutional Relationship Manager in Boston to grow a high-value portfolio within its CIT business. You will manage enterprise accounts, collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations to deliver top-tier client service and identify expansion opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in institutional account management, familiarity with defined contribution plans, and a strategic, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years institutional account management experience.
• Experience with defined contribution retirement plans preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for institutional clients within CIT offerings.
• Develop account plans to deepen engagement and drive growth.
• Conduct strategic reviews with senior client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Legal, Compliance, Product and Operations.
• Monitor relationship health and flag risks to leadership.
