Great Gray is seeking a Senior Institutional Client Associate to join the Asset Manager & Consultant Relations Team in Boston. The role analyzes relationship dynamics, fund flows and market trends to drive insights and client engagement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience with institutional asset management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client profiles reflecting enterprise characteristics and relationship priorities.
• Create recurring reporting, dashboards, and commentary on asset manager trends and partnership health.
• Prepare quarterly business review materials for Senior Relationship Managers’ client reviews.
• Support institutional client calls and direct communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, legal, compliance, finance and implementation teams.
