Job summary

XPEL, Inc. seeks a Senior Installer & Trainer to ensure top-quality film installations and to educate the infield operations team on new product innovations.

The role focuses on learning updates and training staff to meet evolving requirements across dealership networks. The Senior Installer & Trainer coordinates with the Field Operations Manager to schedule installers, monitor performance, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Outgoing personality.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
