Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an installer to perform the installation of XPEL products in retail, OEM, dealership or other settings to meet customer needs.

The role involves installing automotive film with a high level of quality, maintaining professional relationships with local customers (wholesale and retail), and transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities or third-party locations as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years driving experience.
• 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Insurability under the company’s motor vehicle policy.
• Ability to drive high-end vehicles safely.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.

• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations as required
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation or equivalent installation experience in adjacent field.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Annual Salary Average $60,000 - $70,000
