Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is looking for a PPF Installer to help grow our automotive film services with a focus on quality installations and outstanding customer service.

You will perform high-quality film installations, build strong relationships with local customers (both wholesale and retail), and transport vehicles to XPEL facilities or third-party sites. The role requires reliable attendance, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.

Job Summary: As a PPF Installer you would be responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our film.

• Install automotive film with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent desired
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation desired
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
