Job summary

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking an Installation Planner to lead end-to-end scheduling and coordination for equipment or system deployments on a full-time basis. The role bridges engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure materials, tools, and personnel arrive on-site when needed.

The candidate should have 5+ years in planning, a relevant degree, offshore experience preferred, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant planning/scheduling experience.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics or related field.
• Offshore experience or relevant practical experience preferred.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Good cooperation skills and a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish a project installation schedule with method/installation teams.
• Ensure project progress aligns with targets with stakeholders.
• Follow up installation plans offshore and onshore.
• Support development and updates of the project planning basis.
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders and contractors.
• Contribute to planning, trend analysis, float and critical path development.
• Propose schedule recovery and maintain milestones.
