Job summary

USK Technologies is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Planner to support a large, complex offshore project based in Houston. You will develop and manage detailed schedules, track live field progress, and identify potential delays while coordinating with the prime contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

The role requires deep offshore planning expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to develop recovery/alternate execution plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with offshore planning & scheduling on large, complex offshore projects.
• Experience with pipelay, infield development, diving, dredging/trenching, or offshore installation.
• Live/in-flight project experience involving progress tracking, recovery planning, or corrective actions.
• Contractor and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Houston-based and able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 project schedules.
• Break complex offshore scopes into logical activities and vessel work-fronts.
• Establish activity relationships, constraints, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Track daily/weekly progress and update the master schedule.
• Identify potential schedule delays before they occur and communicate risks.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Develop recovery schedules and alternative execution scenarios.
• Evaluate schedule impacts related to cost, risk, vessel utilization, and ISD.

This person will work closely with the prime contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to develop and manage detailed schedules, track live field progress, identify potential delays, and develop recovery/alternate execution plans.

Must-Have Skills

• Offshore construction planning & scheduling on large, complex offshore projects
• Experience with pipelay, infield development, diving, dredging/trenching, or offshore installation

• Ability to identify bottlenecks, vessel standby risks, and schedule constraints
