Responsibilities

• Lead Installation Managers and Project Coordinators to oversee installation teams.
• Resolve customer escalations and coordinate with the Resolution Department.
• Improve capacity and scheduling efficiency with routing operations.
• Monitor cycle time and manage waivers to ensure on-time completion.
• Control margins, expenses, and cost-saving measures within budget.
• Develop staff through training and coaching.
• Maintain THD relationships and optimize platform usage.
