Job summary

NOVA Engineering is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector (SCDOT) in our Charleston, SC office to perform pile driving inspections on bridge and roadway projects in accordance with SCDOT standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, monitoring contractor work, documenting findings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Shaun

Qualifications

• SCDOT Foundation Technician certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection, with a focus on pile driving and bridge/roadway projects.
• Strong knowledge of SCDOT construction standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
