Job summary

You will prepare inspection reports, support change orders, and coordinate with contractors and engineers across multiple contracts and stages of construction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using construction management applications and electronic tools for reporting purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Inspect multi‑contract and multi‑discipline public works and water facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of multi-disciplined public works, water facility and utility construction projects.
• Prepare project inspection reports and assist in the change order process.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers; attend design reviews, preconstruction, and progress meetings.
