You will lead complex field projects, ensure quality, coordinate inspectors and subcontractors, manage safety, and report progress to the Construction Manager while aligning with design staff and schedule milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience plus 12+ years in field construction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead on a construction project with knowledge of engineering and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex field assignments involving development, execution, and coordination of all technical aspects of the project.
• Maintains quality assurance to ensure work complies with plans and standards.
• Supervises construction activity and provides technical guidance to staff and inspectors.
• Coordinates with project management to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
