Job summary

RISE Group Inc. in Cranston, RI seeks a Senior Inspector to perform on-site quality assurance inspections of subcontractor work within our multifamily energy efficiency programs. You will visit residences at the start, during and upon completion of work, with follow-up visits as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least three years of building construction/remodeling experience.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with homeowners and contractors.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and supervise installation crews.
• Interact with homeowners, property managers, or building owners during site visits.
• Ensure materials and work comply with quality standards and document findings.
• Create and approve change orders and inspection reports.
• Obtain signatures on completion forms and communicate with stakeholders.
