Job summary

RISE Group Inc. is seeking a Residential Energy Specialist to conduct scheduled home energy assessments for utilities and program sponsors. You will identify potential energy efficiency measures and present proposed work plans to homeowners.

This role requires energy-efficiency experience, strong analytical and communications skills, and the ability to travel daily to customers' homes. Certification goals may include BPI within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential construction or energy-efficiency experience.
• Strong analytical and math aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Sales or customer-facing experience helpful.
• Commitment to energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits evaluating insulation, appliances, HVAC, lighting, and air quality.
• Perform in-home energy tests and install energy-saving measures.
• Prepare on-site assessment reports using proprietary software.
• Explain benefits, costs, and savings of recommended measures.
• Coordinate rebates and financing options with homeowners.
