Job summary

Teneo's Financial Advisory Team seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver expert guidance on insolvency, restructuring and related engagements for a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves applying insolvency knowledge to strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to business development while supporting senior leadership and delivering high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum of two years of audit, insolvency or financial advisory experience in a professional services or advisory firm
• Qualified with a recognized professional accounting designation (ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA) or insolvency qualification (CPI/JIEB) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Key team member working on insolvency, restructuring and liquidation engagements on a day-to-day basis
• Applying knowledge of relevant insolvency legislation to support case strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating on cross-border matters across our IFC network (Bermuda, BVI, CARICOM, Hong Kong, Channel Islands)
• Providing day-to-day support to Senior Management
• Producing high quality client deliverables within planned timescales
• Supporting Senior Management in creating an inclusive environment
• Assisting in running business development and other marketing initiatives
• Assisting in preparing research documents, proposals and client delivery documents
• Building client relationship skills, technical expertise and sector knowledge
• Understanding the market, topical issues and our restructuring propositions
