Teneo’s Financial Advisory team seeks Consultants/Senior Consultants to support leadership on restructuring and insolvency engagements for diverse clients. You will contribute to client deliverables, pitches, and knowledge building within a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, development, and delivering value in challenging market conditions, with opportunities to grow within a global advisory network.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and degree-level education.
• Qualified CA, or working toward CA designation.
• Analytical with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or transferable client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a high-performance team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally, even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on client engagements in Restructuring Advisory and Insolvency.
• Contribute to business development activities and client pitches.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and promote an inclusive environment.
