Job summary

Teneo Financial Advisory is seeking an Associate Consultant to join the Hong Kong team supporting the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. You will assist leadership with client service, perform financial analysis, and contribute to cross-border engagements across IFC markets.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality deliverables, research, and client presentations while working in a flexible hybrid environment with exposure to international engagements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in analysing financial statements and identifying key issues.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting and modeling.
• Ability to present findings clearly in client reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Work on restructuring and insolvency engagements on a day-to-day basis.
• Support a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency appointments.
• Assist with detailed financial and commercial analysis of businesses to identify issues, challenges, opportunities and risks.
• Assist with receivership, liquidation, valuation analysis and modeling, financial advisory mandates.
• Understand market trends and our restructuring propositions.
• Present findings clearly in client/court reports.
• Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
• Support and contribute to client presentations and wider advisory work.
• Conduct industry and business research as required.
