Job summary

Proximo Spirits is seeking an insights partner to collaborate with the commercial organization and broader business in the United States. You’ll support Off-P Premise National Accounts and E-Commerce by building compelling selling stories, analyzing distribution, pricing and promotions, and presenting with sales leaders.

You’ll also sit on a centralized insights team serving the whole company, answering executive questions, tracking brand performance, and building dashboards and self-serve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or economics.
• 5+ years in spirits, CPG, retail, consulting, or agency analytics.
• Experience with Nielsen/Circana/Numerator/NABCA or retailer data.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint; translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build selling stories to win distribution, shelf space, and programs.
• Support joint business planning with distribution, pricing, and promotion analysis.
• Join key customer meetings and present with sales leaders.
• Turn questions into analysis and clear recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and self-serve reporting for partners.
