Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Analyst, Insights & Analytics – Rare Disease, to lead commercial analytics for U.S. Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED), beginning with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).

You will independently manage analytics workstreams, develop KPIs and dashboards, and support launch readiness and in-market performance while incorporating AI-enabled analytics and automation. Expect cross-functional collaboration and on-site work with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, data science, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' pharma/commercial analytics with leading analytics workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with claims, specialty pharmacy, prescriber and sales data.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage analytics workstreams from framing to execution and communication.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for decision making.
• Support launch readiness, in-market performance, and commercial opportunities.
• Incorporate AI-enabled analytics and automation.
• Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights.
• Build self-service tools and validate AI outputs.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
