Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Analyst, Insights & Analytics – Rare Disease, to lead commercial analytics for U.S. Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED), beginning with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).

You will independently manage analytics workstreams, develop KPIs and dashboards, and support launch readiness and in-market performance while incorporating AI-enabled analytics and automation. Expect cross-functional collaboration and on-site work with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, data science, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' pharma/commercial analytics with leading analytics workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with claims, specialty pharmacy, prescriber and sales data.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• hands-on experience with claims, specialty pharmacy, prescriber, and sales data
• proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and AI platforms
• strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
