You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, translate findings into data‑driven recommendations, and support execution to improve investment and operational effectiveness, including familiarity with AI/ML‑enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, CS, or related field.
• Experience owning analysis and reporting across a defined domain.
• Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, portfolio, and operational data to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models for visibility into trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate findings into recommendations and action.
• Evaluate demand, resources, risks, and outcomes to improve investments.
• Apply data modeling and structured problem solving to improve insights.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions in real‑world products.
